Sale Conditions This is a private sale with no sales commission. Payment can be in any agreed currency and paid in the UK or Turkey.

Due to its proximity to Kos non-Turkish owners will need to own the house in the name of a Turkish company (as we do). You would be buying the company which owns the house. You would own it 100% since it does not require a Turkish partner. Accountant fees are about £500 pa and taxes about £250pa.

I would pay all legal fees associated with the transfer and the first years accountant fees.
