This is a private sale with no sales commission. Payment can be in any agreed currency and paid in Turkey. We would pay the sales and registration tax.
Due to its location non-Turkish owners will need to own the house in the name of a Turkish company (as we do). You would be buying the company which owns the house. You would own it 100%, it does not require a Turkish partner. There would be an annual charge and taxes to maintain the company of about £500. We would pay all the first year company fees and all legal fees involved in transferring the company. You would pay your own legal costs. You would pay your own translators costs (when at the Tapu (Deeds) office and at the Notary etc.) |
